OKLAHOMA: YOUR WEEKLY DISRESPECTFUL WEATHER REPORT

OKLAHOMA (TUC) — Brace yourselves, folks. It's going to be another week from hell. Temperatures are expected to stay in the triple digits for the majority of the week. Disrespectfully... that's offensive.

Today we'll top out around 97 degrees, with an overnight low of 70 degrees. Is it our preferred 50 degrees? Absolutely not. But will take what we can get at this point because we're starting to lose all hope.

As for Tuesday through Thursday, it's back to the low 100s, because apparently Oklahoma has decided we haven't suffered enough already. Then Friday comes along and gives us the tiniest sliver of hope, with a chance of rain and temperatures around 95 degrees. But don't get too excited, because the weekend said, "Psych!" and went right back on its bull shiz, with highs climbing back into the low 100s.

So, all that being said, we're still under an Excessive Heat Warning, so please don't underestimate this heatwave. Stay hydrated, limit your time outdoors when you can, and don't forget to check on your family, neighbors, kids, and pets.

On another note, we are so ready for fall, y'all. We weren't built for this kind of heat. Give us crisp mornings, hoodies, football, changing leaves, bonfires, and pumpkin spice everything. Mother Nature... we're begging at this point.
