HAPPENING NOW: LINDSAY CLANCY MURDER TRIAL

Are any of y'all keeping up with the live stream of Lindsay Clancy's trial? As more testimony comes out in court, we are genuinely curious to see where everyone stands and what your thoughts are so far. And even though this case didn't happen here in Oklahoma, we've been following it closely.

As parents ourselves, we could never imagine hurting our children, or any child for that matter. It's something that's basically impossible for us to wrap our minds around.

For those of y'all who aren't familiar with the case, here's a quick overview:

On January 24th, of 2023, Patrick Clancy, Lindsay's now ex-husband, left their home to pick up some takeout and medicine. He came back home less than an hour later and found his now ex-wife, Lindsay Clancy, injured in the backyard after she had cut her neck and wrists. She ended up in the backyard after jumping from a second-story window in an apparent suicide attempt.

And this part is what hurts us the most, shortly after finding Lindsay, Patrick immediately went looking for their children, ages 5, 3, and 8 months. When he checked the basement of their home, he found all three of them there and they were in critical condition. All three children were then taken to the hospital, and sadly none of them survived. According to prosecutors, Lindsay strangled her three children before attempting to take her own life.

Fast forward to present day, and the jury is now hearing testimony to decide whether Lindsay was experiencing psychosis at the time or whether it was all premeditated

That being said, we know that was a very quick overview, and we didn't cover every single detail of the case. Do you think she was truly going through a severe bout of postpartum psychosis, or do you think there was something more that led her to do it?
