BREAKING NEWS: PRAYERS NEEDED. MISSING CHILD FOUND IN APARTMENT COMPLEX POOL

BROKEN ARROW — Y'all, if you're the praying type, now would be a really good time to say a prayer for this sweet little girl.

The Broken Arrow Police Department has released a statement this afternoon about a heartbreaking situation that occured today after a young child was reported missing.

According to police, officers responded to an apartment complex after receiving a report that a young child had gone missing and was believed to have wandered away on foot. When officers arrived on scene, they immediately began searching both inside the apartment and throughout the surrounding area. During that search, they discovered the child in the apartment complex's swimming pool.

Authorities say officers immediately started lifesaving efforts and when EMS arrived, the child was then transported to a local hospital.

At this time, police have not released the child's age, and there are still many unanswered questions. Right now, all we know is that we're praying for the very best possible outcome. Our hearts are with this little one, her family, and everyone involved.
