THREE YOUNG LIVES LOST IN FATAL ROGERS COUNTY CRASH ON JULY 4TH

ROGERS COUNTY — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that there was a deadly collision this past Saturday.

Sadly, three people were killed after a pickup truck and an SUV ended up colliding head-on at Highway 169 and East 300 Road around 9:30 p.m., according to OHP.

The victims have been identified as 21-year-old Ryan Lawfer, 22-year-old Aidan Jones, and a 17-year-old whose identity will not be released because they are a minor.

Three other people involved in the crash were injured, and their conditions have not been released.

It hurts our hearts to know that three young lives were lost far too soon. Our prayers are with the victims' loved ones, as well as everyone affected by this horrible tragedy. We also pray for a full recovery for those who were injured.

This is currently an ongoing investigation, and authorities are still working to determine what may have led up to this fatal crash. We will update as new information is confirmed and released by authorities.
