TIME TO SAVE: TAX-FREE WEEKEND HAS ARRIVED

OKLAHOMA (TUC) — Y'all, Oklahoma's Tax-Free Weekend has officially arrived and runs through Sunday!

The good news? You don't have to shop in person to take advantage of it. Eligible online purchases also qualify, as long as they meet the requirements.

Here's the catch: each eligible clothing or footwear item must cost less than $100. The tax exemption only applies to certain clothing and shoes.

Unfortunately, as much as we'd all love it to, the tax break does not apply to school supplies, athletic equipment, most athletic footwear, or accessories. But it does apply to jerseys, so that's good news.

So, if you've been putting off buying new clothes or shoes, this weekend might be a good time to save a few bucks.
