OKLAHOMA'S MOST WANTED: JOSE D. CUELLAR-BECERRA
ENID — The Oklahoma Attorney General's Office is offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information that leads to the capture and arrest of Jose D. Cuellar-Becerra.
According to the Attorney General's Office, Cuellar-Becerra may also go by the name "Chuy Cuellar." He's described as being about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos.
Authorities say Jose has been on the Oklahoma Attorney General's Most Wanted list in connection with a violent 2014 case. Investigators allege that the crimes took place in front of children and that the victim was beaten, tortured, and burned with a torch.
He is wanted on charges of aggravated domestic assault, kidnapping, arson, drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
