OKLAHOMA'S MOST WANTED: MIN YONG CHEN
POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY — The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the capture and arrest of Min Yong Chen.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, Chen may also go by the name of Minyong. He’s described as being approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing around 152 pounds, with black and gray hair and brown eyes.
Chen is considered to be violent. If you believe you’ve spotted him, do not approach him under any circumstances. Call 911 immediately and let them handle the situation.
Authorities say Chen is wanted in connection with a 2024 case involving an alleged marijuana operation. According to investigators, he reportedly moved from New York to Oklahoma to work with others in the marijuana industry before he was indicted by the Multi-County Grand Jury on four felony charges. Chen later failed to appear for his scheduled court hearing in July and is now believed to have fled Oklahoma.
He is wanted on charges of aggravated manufacturing of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of an offensive weapon while in the commission of a felony, conspiracy, and possession of proceeds derived from illegal drug activity.
If you have any information that could help locate Chen, you’re encouraged to contact law enforcement. Information leading directly to his capture and arrest could qualify for a reward of up to $3,000.
