ANADARKO: AN UPDATE ON OUR EXPOSITION INVESTIGATION. WHAT WE HAVE SO FAR AND WHAT WE’RE STILL VERIFYING.

ANADARKO — Y’all, we just wanted to give everyone a quick update regarding the concerns many of you have brought to our attention. We haven’t forgotten about it. In fact, we’ve spent the past week researching, requesting records, reviewing documents, and verifying information.

That’s why we haven’t published anything yet. Y’all know us by now. We’d rather take the time to gather all the facts than rush something out with half-assed information. Especially with allegations this serious.

We also want y’all to know that if we believed this was a situation involving immediate danger, we wouldn’t sit on that information. We’d move heaven and earth to get it out as quickly as possible to both y’all and the appropriate authorities.

So, that all being said, this is what we have so far. Keep in mind, this is all preliminary information and not final.

We’ve obtained official records from both Texas and Missouri, and we’re still working to obtain additional records, verify more information, etc.

What we can say at this point, based on everything we’ve found so far is that our search in Oklahoma has not uncovered any charges stemming from here. We’re still working to verify that 100% and don’t want to speak in absolutes right now until we’ve exhausted every avenue possible.

As for Texas, the records we've obtained show that the trafficking charges were dismissed. Based on the records we've reviewed so far, the State indicated it could not prove those charges beyond a reasonable doubt, often referred to as "BARD."

We also found records from Texas showing that a plea was entered in a case involving AGG Promotion Prost. At this time, we're still working to obtain the underlying court documents, including the indictment, judgment, and any plea agreement if applicable, so we can determine exactly what the plea was and whether any amendments or reductions occurred.

Regarding Missouri, our preliminary review of the court records shows that the burglary, stalking, and harassment charges were dismissed, while the case ultimately resulted in a trespassing charge.

We have also been in contact with the individual at the center of these allegations because y'all know how we operate, and we believe the full picture matters.

So, from what that individual has shared with us so far, he says he attended the Exposition last year with no issues. He has also told us that the Texas case ended with the charges being dismissed, and that the Missouri case stemmed from a divorce-related situation and y’all know those kinds of situations can get real messy.

Now, that’s his account of what happened. We’re not presenting it as fact, nor are we defending or justifying anyone or anything. We’re just telling y’all what we’ve been told and just like everything else we’ve gathered, we’re working to verify every piece of information so we can present y’all with the facts.

Anyway, we’re sounding like a broken record now, but we really do appreciate everyone’s patience while we work through this. We know many of you are waiting for answers, and we promise we’re working as quickly as we can without sacrificing accuracy. That’s how we’ve always operated, and that’s not changing now

And in true TUC fashion, we’re just doing what we’ve always done: following the facts wherever they lead. As always, our job isn’t to tell y’all what or how to think. Our job is to do the research, verify as much as we possibly can, and then present the information as accurately as possible without any narratives or hidden agendas. Then, we let y’all decide for yourselves. No fear mongering. No sensationalism.

We don’t take the trust y’all have placed in us for granted, and we certainly don’t take it lightly. Knowing that so many of you trust us to bring you the facts is a responsibility we carry with us every single day. We promise we will keep doing everything we can to do right by our communities and we won’t ever lose sight of what that trust truly means.
