OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma City Police Department is investigating what they believe to be a suspected homicide after officers responded to a call Saturday morning about a person who was reportedly found deceased outside a laundromat.

According to police, the call came in around 6:54 a.m. at Spin City Laundry near Northwest 30th Street and North Classen Boulevard.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Just a heads up for those of y'all who live near West Britton Rd and the Northwest Expressway. We're seeing several reports of OG&E customers without power in that area.

OG&E says they're aware of the outage and have crews working to get power restored as quickly as possible. You can also check the latest outage information through OG&E's outage map.

OKLAHOMA COUNTY — Earlier this week, 33-year-old Dancing Feathers Whitecrow was found unconscious inside her cell at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

According to authorities, it was sometime shortly after 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday when jail and medical staff found Whitecrow unresponsive inside her cell. They immediately began life-saving efforts to revive her, but despite those efforts, officials later confirmed that she had died. As of right now, Whitecrow's cause of death has not been released, and investigators are still working to figure out exactly what happened.

CADDO COUNTY — What in tarnation, y'all.

We just heard a call come across the scanner for Caddo County Sheriff's Department regarding someone who was reportedly doing donuts in another person's driveway with a lawn mower just south of Dodge. Then, according to scanner traffic, when law enforcement confronted the individual, they allegedly refused to stop the lawn mower.

ANADARKO — Y'all, according to scanner traffic, Anadarko Police officers just assisted the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) during an apparent foot pursuit that ended in the area of 4B.

Right now, we don't know who the poor soul was that decided to hit the "flight" option on the fight-or-flight menu or what may have led to the foot pursuit. But whoever it was apparently had a level of confidence that their legs couldn't cash. Bless it.

BROKEN ARROW — Y'all, if you're the praying type, now would be a really good time to say a prayer for this sweet little girl.

The Broken Arrow Police Department has released a statement this afternoon about a heartbreaking situation that occured today after a young child was reported missing

OKLAHOMA CITY — Y'all, be careful if you're heading out this morning. Make sure to take your time, slow down, and don't do anything crazy. We'd much rather you arrive a few minutes late than not make it there at all.

And if you're planning on traveling on the I-240, expect delays due to a multi-vehicle collision. From what we've seen, there appears to be crashes on both sides of the highway. At this time, it's unclear whether the two collisions are connected, but traffic is moving very slowly through the westbound lanes and it's at a halt on the eastbound lanes. Injuries are unknown at this time, but we're praying everyone involved is okay.

ROGERS COUNTY — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that there was a deadly collision this past Saturday.

Sadly, three people were killed after a pickup truck and an SUV ended up colliding head-on at Highway 169 and East 300 Road around 9:30 p.m., according to OHP.

The victims have been identified as 21-year-old Ryan Lawfer, 22-year-old Aidan Jones, and a 17-year-old whose identity will not be released because they are a minor.

NORMAN — Y'all, this weekend was something we don't think we've seen before, or maybe we just can't remember, but we can't recall a Fourth of July weekend where storms rolled in like this one.

Storms rolled through our state over the Fourth of July weekend, causing fireworks to be postponed in several cities across the metro. Norman looked like it took the biggest hit, with uprooted trees, downed power poles, and some poles even snapped in half from the intensity of the storm. High winds tossed trampolines through neighborhoods, flipped semis, caused major structural damage, and lit up the sky with power flashes.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Here's an ironic story for y'all. According to what was reported, a man was arrested earlier today after allegedly trying to break into the Oklahoma County Jail. Wait a damn minute, hold up. Usually people are trying to break out of jail, not the other way around.

Authorties have said that an Oklahoma County deputy was arriving at the jail when he spotted a man digging near the facility with a shovel in his hand. When the deputy reportedly asked him what he was doing, the man allegedly explained that his girlfriend was inside the jail. He later then tried to say he was planting flowers, but that was a little too late.

ANADARKO — Y’all were looking extra good in Dodge today with all those flags lining Downtown.

Today marked Celebrate America at Randlett Park, a town-wide Flag Day celebration that brought the community together to honor our nation, our heritage, and the values that unite us all.

And as always, we like to keep a low profile and let the community shine, but we were proud to be part of such a great day celebrating faith, freedom, and community pride.

OKLAHOMA — There’s a new “trend” going around on social media that is extremely dangerous and can even be fatal. Many health officials are warning parents that there has been a rise in hospitalizations and even deaths linked to the so-called “Benadryl Challenge.”

From what we researched online, this challenge reportedly involves individuals taking large amounts of Benadryl in an attempt to experience hallucinations or a “high.” Medical experts warn that taking excessive amounts of this over-the-counter medication can have serious consequences, including seizures, heart problems, loss of consciousness, and even death.

According to ABC News, poison control centers are reporting a significant increase in calls involving teenagers who have consumed large amounts of Benadryl. According to America’s Poison Centers, the number of cases involving teens has alarmingly doubled compared to the same time last year.

OKLAHOMA — Y'all, in some really good news, gas prices have actually seem to have dropped. After a few weeks of making our wallets cry every time we pull up to the pump, it looks like we're finally getting a little bit of a break.

According to AAA, the national average price of gas has been falling for three straight weeks. Reports indicate it has dropped from around $4.56 per gallon in late May to just over $4.10 per gallon this month. And we're not going to lie, it hurts to even type those numbers out because $4 gas still feels criminal. But at this point, we'll take whatever win we can get.

OKLAHOMA CITY — We are just now learning of a heartbreaking tragedy that unfolded yesterday morning in southwest Oklahoma City in what police believe may have been a murder-suicide.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers were dispatched around 10:00 a.m. yesterday to a home near Southwest 4th St. and South Czech Hall Rd. When they arrived, they found two people deceased inside the residence. Authorities have officially identified them as 62-year-old Deanna Hudson and her husband, 64-year-old Bruce Hudson.

And based on the information released by investigators, Bruce Hudson is believed to have shot his wife before taking his own life.

CADDO COUNTY — Y'all remember this one? It still makes us sick to our stomachs.

Kimberly Cole, the biological mother of RJ Davis, is headed back to court today.

RJ is the little boy who went missing back in January of this year, sparking a massive search that stretched across Grady and Caddo County as law enforcement and volunteers worked desperately to find him. Thankfully, despite everything that followed, RJ was found alive, and that's something we'll always be grateful for.
